We are now recruiting for qualified orbital welders and operational staff

Due to continued growth, Cambridge Fluid Systems Ltd who are a full-service provider and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for high technology industries have an opportunity for competent individuals to join their production team.  


§  To comprehensively read and interpret technical/engineering drawings

§  To follow manufacturing/quality procedures and standards

§  To assemble small bore tubing and associated mechanical components

§  Competency in the use of hand tools and measuring equipment including Vernier, calipers, pipe cutters and benders

§  Complete mechanical assembly and pipe preparation tasks

§  Leak detection – Vacuum, Stress test & Pressure (Training will be provided)

Requirements for the role:

§  Mechanical aptitude is essential, and a strong mechanical qualification/background would be advantageous

§  Experience of working in clean room protocol, assembly, testing and inspection of equipment and knowledge of technical drawings extremely beneficial 

§  Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, a high level of dexterity and capable of work to precision tolerances   

§  Able to follow clear and precise procedures/instructions

§  Practical training will be given therefore candidates must be capable of learning and open to new working practices

§  Good communication and team skills are essential
