CFS completes turnkey UHP gas system and tool hookup

Cambridge Fluid Systems (CFS) have completed the contract to design and install the new UHP gas delivery system at Glasgow University JWNC. CFS will be providing a customised turnkey solution for delivery of inert and highly toxic gases. In total, 38 different gases were required to different points within the newley installed cleanrooms. These were a mixture of pyrophoric, highly toxic, flammable and inert gases.

CFS supplied and integrated automated gas cabinets, gas panels and abatement equipment. CFS were also responsible for other services being connected including purified process water, vacuum and CA. The delivery lines were constructed from EP 316L tube and orbital welding is used to ensure user safety and integrity of the gas purity.

Following tool hook-up, CFS will provide full training on the systems and ongoing service and support.
