Cambridge Fluid Systems were approached by a leading designer and manufacturer of electronic switch components and OEM custom electronic assemblies to install a new process gas delivery system. Due to the nature of the gas being used and the clients limited knowledge of legislation and requirements for specific process gases, a consultative approach was required. This covered BCGA Codes of Practice for safe storage and regulation of flammable gases.

Following a number of visits to fully understand the requirements and any potential constraints, a compliant design was agreed upon and a fixed price quotation provided. This included new pressure reduction panels, 316L tube, joined using orbital welding and POU panels inside the manufacturing areas.

Best and safe working practice was agreed and CFS delivered the project to the customer on time.

On receipt of the document pack provided, Paul Blagden of Standex commented "I would like to thank and praise your installation team for their professional and competent manner"

If you are unsure about any aspects for the safe storage and delivery of your process gas, contact CFS and we will be pleased to assist you.
