Cambridge Fluid Systems acquired by Ham-Let group

Cambridge Fluid Systems (CFS) is pleased to announce the completion of its acquisition by Ham-let (Israel-Canada) LTD, globally recognised as a leading manufacturer of instrumentation components for process control and high purity industries.

CFS is an innovative provider of gas and liquid control solutions, as well as an Original Equipment Manufacturer.  The company’s acquisition by Ham-Let enhances its global scale and reach, working with high technology industries such as Semiconductor, Photovoltaic, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace and Energy.

Commenting on the acquisition, Stefan Klee (Managing Director of CFS) said: "The team at CFS is delighted about the new joint opportunities in existing and adjacent markets, and the focus the new parent company will give to fluid system solutions.
